An International Driving Permit with a motorcycle category, issued in your home country before you travel, plus your passport. The Honda ADV 150 has a 150cc engine, so a category that only covers small scooters is not enough.
A helmet, the registration document (STNK) that travels with the bike, and a technical check after every rental period. Insurance is optional and quoted separately, and fuel is not included.
